How to choose your stick
The twirling stick or majorette model: 9 mm or 11 mm?
- 9mm sticks are often preferred by children who have thin fingers. Their lightness, which facilitates handling, is also appreciated by some twirlers.
- Experienced athletes – “individual practitioners” – often choose an 11 mm pole, heavier for “rolls”.
The size of the stick
Measure the inside of the arm, from the armpit to the tips of the fingers and add 5 centimeters. Take the closest dimension.
