Terms of Saless

By accepting these terms you also accept BDSports privacy policy and consent to the use of your personal data.

Amount of your order

The total amount of your order is equal to the price of the items and quantities ordered plus the shipping costs corresponding to the delivery method selected.
The prices of the articles are expressed in Euros all taxes included and are valid from September 1st to August 31st.

Invoicing methods

The invoice corresponding to your order will be attached to the package.

Payment by credit card

Payment possible by Visa, Master Card International and CB International.
Secure connection with theStripe: You can make your payments by credit card with confidence.
The bank details, which you will transmit, are secure.
No banking information is stored at BDSports.
Fraud control: you are invited at the end of the order, on the secure Stripe window, to indicate your card number, its expiry date and the CVV cryptogram on the back of the card.
Various accesses to authorization servers are then carried out in order to verify the data transmitted to prevent abuse and fraud.
Bank data encryption: 128-bit SSL in https.
For all your transactions, the server is in encrypted mode, this means that all the data transmitted is coded and cannot be read by a third party.
We do not store any banking information. The payment transaction is carried out by our partner onStripe.


Our shipments are made from Tourcoing.
In case of delay or damage to the packages, make your reservations to the carrier upon delivery.
Our postal shipments are sent by Colis Privé.

Shipping fees

They are the customer's responsibility.
For online sales: actual costs according to weight.

Delivery delay

A period of 2 to 8 days is expected from the receipt of the order and the availability of the products.
Another deadline will be fixed in case of unavailability of the products. The customer may then cancel his order and his refund will take place within 30 days of the order.
For certain pompoms, hats, boots: a delay of 2 to 8 weeks is to be expected depending on the availability of the manufacturers.
We decline all responsibility for the delivery of orders placed too late in the event of force majeure such as strikes (PTT, SNCF) or incidents beyond our control.


The prices appearing on the price list are net of VAT included. The prices invoiced are those in force at the time of the order.
The prices displayed are valid from September 1 to August 31.
Delivery in the DOM TOM:
For all products shipped in the DOM TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice (VAT of 20%). Upon arrival of the package, the buyer will be required to clear his goods by paying the duties and taxes at the entrance of the department or territory.
Delivery outside the European Union:
For all products shipped outside the European Union, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice (20% VAT). Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights are not the responsibility of BDSports. They will be the responsibility of the customer and are his full responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities of your country.

Payment Terms

Full payment with the order or cash on delivery. Any default in payment will result in legal proceedings, regardless of the method of payment provided, as well as compensation under the penalty clause, equal to 15% of the sums remaining due, in addition to legal interest and any legal costs. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of their prices.


In accordance with the law of March 17, 2014, you have a period of 14 days from the date of your order to withdraw.


Any complaint relating to the condition of the goods, except transport damage, must, to be valid, reach us in writing within a reasonable time.
Complaints received more than 14 days after delivery of the product will not be considered.

Return of goods

The buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order (article L121-16 of the consumer code) to return a product to the seller, for exchange or refund without penalty.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice, it must not have been used or worn. Bras, underwear and tights cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of a dispute, French law applies and will be pronounced by the competent court.


Exchanges are accepted after agreement withBDSports. Exchanges of shoes will only be accepted if they have not been worn.
The packaging must not be damaged. The shipping costs for the return remain the responsibility of the customer.

Commercial guarantee

All products sold on our site benefit from a manufacturer's warranty of one year or more (see the instructions attached to the product or contact us).
If the repair of the product is not possible within the framework of the execution of the manufacturer's guarantee, an exchange or a credit note taking into account the obsolescence of the product may be offered to you.
In any case, this does not preclude the legal guarantees.
To benefit from the guarantee, you must keep and provide the purchase invoice attached with your products upon delivery.
BDSports cannot be held responsible for the refusal of application of the guarantee by the manufacturer following improper handling, or any cause not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee conditions.

Legal guarantee

In accordance with articles L.211-4 to L.211-11 of the Consumer Code, you benefit from a guarantee against defects in the conformity of products purchased on this site.
This guarantee applies to the costs incurred by bringing the goods purchased on our site back into conformity.
To comply with your order, the goods must comply with the description presented on our site and present the characteristics or qualities described, or possess the attributes that a buyer is entitled to expect with regard to the communications made by the seller.
How to invoke the legal guarantee: You must notify us in writing of the defects found and return the product(s) to us.
If the lack of conformity is confirmed by our services, we will exchange or repair the goods according to the cost that this represents in accordance with article L.211-9 of the Consumer Code.
In accordance with article L.211-11 of the Consumer Code, the return costs will be fully reimbursed to you (upon provision of supporting documents) after the return of your product and only if the lack of conformity is confirmed.
Be sure to keep all receipts for your returns.
If no proof is provided, the refund will be equal to the basic postal rate for the delivery of a package.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted.
In accordance with article 1641 of the Civil Code, the seller is bound by the guarantee on account of hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use so much that the buyer does not would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lesser price for it, if he had known them.
The consumer must provide proof of a hidden defect, prior to the sale and preventing the use of the product.
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
